Production Manager

Arxada is seeking a Manager for our high-risk reaction process (plant stream oxidation). We need a Production and Maintenance Manager to oversee plant stream operations and wastewater treatment. Additionally, we are looking for a candidate to drive improvements with new technologies and skills in sustainability and mechanical integrity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure daily activities & behaviors comply with related national, corporate and site EHS policies and procedures.

• Execute the safety management requirements of the production person in charge as required by the safety production law.

• Set up department KPI and align with site’s target. Communicating, tracking and responding.

• Organize department safety meeting at least once a month, supervise supervisor and team to complete potential risks indentification and risk control.

• Provide high quality products according to customer requirements in line with company safety policies and ensure timely delivery of products.

• Responsible for continuous improvement of some production processes including OEE, POV, capacity and compliance improvement.

• Control department cash cost to meet the target including production cost, M&R cost, personal cost etc.

• Site maintenance planning and implement safely, timely and budget under control.

• Develop and execute site PM strategy, standards and procedures. Make it robust and practical through PDCA.

• MI program developing and tracking.

• Manage spart parts stock level, monitor and control maintenance cost properly and efficiently.

• Related contractors’ performance management.

• Ensure teamwork in accordance with ISO9001/ISO14001/EFfCI/HAS/Safety standardization requirement.

• Team members coaching, training, developing, assessment align with departments’ target.

• Keep good net work with internal and external stakeholders including cross functional team, local authorities etc.
