We’re currently looking for a high caliber professional to join our team as Vice President, Application Development Tech Lead Analyst (C13) (Internal Job Title: Application Development Tech Lead Analyst - C13) based in Pune, India.

Enterprise Excellence (EE) is a group within the Chief Operating Office (COO) organization that designs solutions to enhance transparency, empowers Operations and Functions to improve processes and evolves the organization through continuous improvement and simplification. The organization is responsible for defining, deploying and driving alignment and progress against a firm-wide framework that reduces operational risk, standardizes workforce optimization and improves process health.
Responsibilities:
- Provide expertise in area and advance knowledge of application implementation
- Guidance to team to establish design standard, improving efficiency of development workflow and product rollout.
- Establish project specifications and technical direction
- Take ownership of smooth Production releases planning and execution
- Act as a first point of contact to production support team for application support.
- Oversee software quality and system modifications
- Guide team members with troubleshooting technical issues
- Analyze existing operations to identify risks and redundancies.
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to develop solutions
- Determine project requirements and develop work schedules for the team
- Delegate tasks and achieve daily, weekly, and monthly goals
- Liaise with team members, stakeholders and senior management to ensure projects are completed to application development and governance standard
- Analyze existing operations and schedule training sessions and meetings to discuss improvements
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and developments
- Update work schedules and performing troubleshooting as required
- Motivate staff and create a space where they can ask questions and voice their concerns
Qualifications:
- 12+ years of experience in software development and technical leadership with Java, Spring boot, Angular/React or similar technology stack
- Great exposure to front end and microservices architecture.
- Proven implementation of design pattern and enterprise level architecture.
- Working knowledge Kafka/MQ would be an advantage.
- Hands on experience on application code base and willingness to code as and when required to meet deliverables.
- Demonstrated knowledge of software development methodologies and techniques
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Able to multi-task and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong organizational and project management skills

Education:
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in computer science, information technology, engineering, or related discipline
