YOUR TASKS

• Develop and implement the Victorinox Travel Gear (TGE) Strategy in line with the company, brand and positioning strategy
• Plan and execute a rolling portfolio management (proactive life cycle mgmt) to grow a relevant and profitable assortment on collection and SKU level
• Lead, develop and inspire the TGE Product Managers to create an empowered and impactful team
• Be a role-model for cross-functional collaboration, transparent communication and agile methodology
• Drive innovation by leveraging expert and industry knowledge incl. design principles, data analysis, trend and consumer research as well as benchmarking
• Manage the Product development process as project lead with all involved functions to ensure high-quality and punctual deliverables along the stage-gate process and overall product lifecycle
• Steer global launch calendar together with relevant functions such as Marketing, Sales and SCM
• Support global and local pricing to keep a consistent, profitable and easy-to-understand portfolio logic
• Plan and drive stakeholder meetings with the head of category TGE

YOUR PROFILE

• Long-term experience and proven track-record as product manager (travel goods industry is a plus)
• Excellent in spoken and written English, knowledge of the German language is a plus
• Strong self-, leading and project management skills
• Outstanding collaboration and communication skills
• Creative, empathetic, passionate and ambitious
• Travel required
• Position requires permanent presence at headquarters in Ibach-Schwyz (CH)
