As a Finance Associate, you will gain hands-on experience across key finance areas, working on diverse projects in a dynamic and growing company. If you're organized, analytical, and eager to learn while collaborating with senior finance professionals to drive our success, this could be your next step. You will report directly to our CFO.

Your Mission:

You support key initiatives across FP&A, Corporate Finance, Accounting, and CFO functions to enhance efficiency and financial capabilities.

You act as the Finance PMO, coordinating initiatives, tracking progress, and ensuring alignment across finance teams.

You collaborate with IT and Operations to improve financial processes, enhance data quality, and optimize system efficiency.

You create and maintain process documentation, develop presentations, and drive knowledge sharing across teams.

You prepare reports, track KPIs, and provide data-driven insights to support decision-making.

You support the implementation of financial tools, system enhancements, and automation initiatives.

You optimize finance processes, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and automation across Order-to-Cash (O2C) and Source-to-Pay (S2P).

You oversee and maintain financial master data, ensuring governance and consistency across all relevant processes.

You:

Hold a Federal Diploma, Bachelor’s, or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.

Bring 1-2 years of experience in controlling or financial advisory, ideally in a transformation or analytics-focused role.

Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive, detail-oriented mindset.

Manage multiple tasks efficiently while meeting deadlines in a dynamic environment.

Show a curiosity for finance and a drive to optimize financial processes and automation.

Communicate effectively and enjoy collaborating across teams.

Have an entrepreneurial mindset with a hands-on, solution-oriented approach.

Thrive in a team-oriented setting, taking responsibility and adapting flexibly to challenges.

Speak English fluently; German or other language skills are a plus.
