You will play a key role in ensuring safety by executing and improving safety management processes and maintaining our high safety standards. Your efforts will help in building a strong safety culture and managing risks in our operations.
- Execute and Improve Safety Management Processes
- In collaboration with Technics Safety Communication, actively initiate safety communications and ensure efficient handling
- Conduct investigations and safety debriefings in coordination with the Maintenance Safety Investigator
- Support line management by recommending mitigation actions and tracking their effectiveness
- Promote and carry out Safety and Just Culture campaigns and training
- Perform hazard identification and risk assessments, contributing to the Part-145 risk landscape
- Monitor daily technical operations with a focus on protective aspects, in collaboration with various stakeholders
- Provide follow-up actions and documentation on safety-relevant occurrences and events

This position demands a background in aviation maintenance with the ability to handle technical investigations and risk assessments. A proactive attitude, excellent communication skills, and experience in an aviation environment are key.
- Background in aviation, preferably in an aircraft maintenance environment (e.g. experience as a holder of an EASA Part-66 Aircraft Maintenance License and/or a degree in a related field such as aeronautical engineering or aviation management or similar)
- Solid understanding of aircraft systems, maintenance procedures and aviation regulations
- Strong knowledge of aviation safety and quality management
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English, German is an asset
- Team player with the ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and handle data with integrity
- Affinity for safety and process-oriented work, with strong decision-making skills and a proactive mindset
