Business Development & Project Manager – eCommerce (m/w/d) 100%

Your role:

• Business Development: Identify and evaluate new business opportunities, develop strategic partnerships, and conduct market research to drive eCommerce growth.
• Project Management: Plan, execute, and oversee eCommerce projects, ensuring timely, within-scope, and on-budget delivery while coordinating with internal teams and external vendors.
• Strategic Planning and Execution: Contribute to the development and execution of the eCommerce strategy, identify and implement process improvements, and monitor industry trends.
• Performance Analysis and Reporting: Analyze eCommerce performance metrics, generate reports, and use data-driven insights to optimize the eCommerce business.
• Team Collaboration and Leadership: Lead cross-functional project teams, collaborate with various departments, and foster a collaborative and results-oriented work environment.

Your profile:

• University degree in Business, Marketing, eCommerce, or a related field.
• 3+ years proven experience in business development, customer insights and project management in retail or eCommerce environment.
• Deep understanding of eCommerce market dynamics, customer behavior, and competitive landscape to drive growth and profitability.
• Knowledge and frequent usage of Project Management & Process Improvement tools and techniques
• Proficiency in data analysis, business case creation and reporting tools.
• Excellent communication, strong stakeholder management and project leadership skills.
• High customer focus, data-driven decision making and problem-solving mentality are a must.
• Experience in the Beauty and/or Pharma industries a plus
