Are you an experienced People Experience (Px) manager with continuous improvement mindset? Do you want to build something next-gen and innovative, while contributing to a greater purpose? As we continue our customer experience cultural development globally, Takeda Business Solutions (TBS) is now hiring a People Solutions/HR Operations Px Manager with a passion for qualitative and experience based customer focus.
People Solutions/HR Operations Px Manager is a newly created role within the People Solutions Tower. The purpose of the role is to develop and deliver a robust and best-in-class People Experience (Px) strategy and operational plan specifically calibrated for People Solutions Px targets, and to execute the plan.
The Px Manager reports to the Head of People Solutions and is expected to be fully embedded within the People Solutions organization, leveraging relevant functional and process knowledge to identify Px issue areas, correctly identify and diagnose problems on a root-cause basis, and design and drive process, technology and organizational initiatives to close gaps

Required qualifications:
- Collaborate with People Solutions leadership and operational teams to set Px targets aligned with goals and KPIs, leveraging data-driven insights to identify areas for improvement and execute targeted action plans that enhance processes, policies, and technology.
- Provide Px expertise and training to operational teams, fostering learning initiatives that raise Px awareness and improve stakeholder interactions.
- Design and implement a Px measurement framework, including KPIs, reporting mechanisms, and accountability for tracking performance and driving results.
- Foster a culture of accountability and excellence in People Solutions, ensuring seamless and efficient delivery.
- Lead communication and change management strategies, promoting collaboration with leadership and stakeholders on prioritized Px solutions.
- Manage the onboarding program for People Solutions, aligning with Takeda, HR, and TBS standards to ensure operational and Px excellence.
- Guide the People Solutions Team Leaders community, driving global Px initiatives.
- Collaborate with TBS leadership to standardize the collection of Px feedback and use insights to drive continuous improvement.
- Build and lead a thriving Px community, setting priorities and coordinating activities to support People Solutions goals.
- Align Px activities with the TBS stakeholder engagement model to ensure consistent and effective relationship management.
- Support leadership meetings and reviews (MORs, OPRs) by providing Px insights that drive the People Solutions agenda.
- Partner closely with HR to ensure alignment with shared HR processes and promote organizational excellence.
Preferred qualifications:
- Degree in HR or a related field
- Proven success in stakeholder-facing roles with expertise in fostering collaborative relationships, and consistently delivering exceptional Px outcomes across HR.
- Process knowledge (5+ years) in HR domains, including Payroll and Employee Life Cycle Management, with operational expertise in ServiceNow's HR module.
- Demonstrated ability to lead Px transformation and continuous improvement initiatives across HR operations, driving impactful improvements and innovative solutions.
- Experience in a shared services organization, with preference for HR domain expertise.
- Ability to influence and drive organizational change, guiding teams through change initiatives and improving employee engagement and satisfaction.
- Exceptional communication and storytelling skills, adept at conveying complex ideas clearly and engaging stakeholders across diverse audiences.
- Flexible, growth-oriented mindset with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders and lead transformation initiatives in complex, matrixed environments.
- Strategic, analytical, and forward-thinking abilities, with a focus on solution-oriented results.
- Resilient, self-motivated, and adaptable.
- Fluent in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Preferred:
- Project management certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or CAMP
- Relevant HR certifications such as PHR, CIPD.
