As a Junior Signal Processing and Embedded Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in the development of next-generation HVAC sensors and sensor systems that create healthier, more comfortable indoor environments while consuming less energy. You will be responsible for developing and implementing advanced signal processing algorithms and designing embedded systems that drive our next-generation HVAC sensors. Your responsibilities will range from technology scouting and evaluation to proof-of-concept development, followed by handing over projects to the development team for industrialization.
What You'll Do- Develop sensors and sensor systems for the HVAC industry
- Implement and test high-performance signal processing algorithms for processing sensor data
- Analyze and interpret data from HVAC systems to refine signal processing techniques and enhance overall functionality
- Plan, carry out, and evaluate measurements to verify functionality
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and deliver innovative HVAC solutions
- Coordinate with external partners to ensure seamless project execution
- Scout new technologies and evaluate their potential for integration into our products
- Proven experience in signal processing or embedded programming through a master's thesis, research project, or internship
- In-depth knowledge of signal processing, analog and digital measurement technology
- Proficiency in embedded and/or Matlab/Python programming and simulation
- Passion for innovation, technology, and understanding mathematical and physical correlations
- Holistic and analytical thinker with a hands-on mentality for measuring and carrying out technical investigations
