As eKey Accounts Manager (m/f/d) you will drive and manage the continuous digitalization of the beverage category in Switzerland. Key purpose is to lead the operational business with Omnichannel and Pure Player. Furthermore, you will support the internal knowledge building on digital assets and requirements for a successful digital business.
YOUR NEW KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Managing daily business with key customer and management of volume and promotion planning
- Market mapping on Q basis to identify, recruit and onboard new customers
- Support the E-Commerce Manager in the execution of approved customer plans of Pure Player and Omnichannel customer
- Co-design and create state-of-the-art digital shelfs and activations
- Manage the development of eMerchandise assets (visuals, videos, banners) and proactively driving their execution on customer websites
- Onboarding and setup of new customers into our system landscape
- Ongoing analysis of the business and issuing recommendations
- Managing daily business with key customer (e.g., execution of eMerchandise roadmap, volume planning, project management)
- Strong collaboration with Marketing, Customer/Channel Sales Development, Finance, Supply Chain, Key Account Management Team, and international E-Commerce stakeholders
ARE THESE YOUR SECRET INGREDIENTS?
- You have Completed Bachelor's degree (University/FH) / Ideally Master`s degree
- You already have working experience (minimum 3 years)
- You are experienced in Sales and E-Commerce - preferably in a FMCG environment
- You bring experience with E-Commerce solutions (e.g., performance tracking tools) and in digital Merchandise execution on third party platforms
- You have strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Being a strong business acumen and having commercial understanding is a must
- You have very good analytical skills
- You are fluent in German and English
