Your team

You will deliver a world-class client experience by ensuring front operational excellence, the CRO will be responsible for all operational dimensions of daily banking activities.
Your role
• Receiving and placing client orders in the system
• Leading the end-to-end account opening process, taking into consideration specific local regulations that drive documentation requirements
• Ensuring a strict follow-up on documentation (pending items, middle office, R&C lists) by contacting clients as agreed with the banker in charge of the relationship
• Supporting the banker in gathering information for KYC updates and providing support in the account opening process
• Being responsible for cash management for Advisory and ExO accounts
• Processing workflow requests in the systems (client codifications, credit card requests, credit lines, pricing exceptions, etc.) and ensuring relevant client documentation is captured in the systems (memos, orders, etc.)
• Maintaining close coordination with the zone’s Business Risk Manager to resolve any risk and compliance matters
• Processing payments and transfers while ensuring callbacks are systematically performed and supporting other transactional activity where needed
Your profile
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar function
• Service-oriented, with experience and understanding of dealings with private clients and supporting relationship managers
• Understanding of client documentation and internal processes of a wealth manager
• Familiarity with regulatory dimensions (cross-border, R&C, PEP, CARA, FATCA, CRS, etc.)
• Attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and diligently
• Reliable and resilient, with a strong sense of responsibility and an ability to multi-task
• Solutions-oriented and proactive mindset
• Fluent in English and French
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and oral
• Strong sense of ethics, aligned with Pictet’s values and partnership culture
• Strong team spirit
• Must be resident in Switzerland with a valid work permit.
• Expected start date as of 1st of February
