In our Team …
.. you are responsible for Sales demand planning per SKUs/Customers of relevant portfolio over a rolling 24 month horizon
.. you monitor of forecast and customer service parameters with proposals for continuous improvement to avoid out of stock and over-stocks of relevant portfolio
.. you manage demand planning of novelties, delisted or non-performing products
.. you manage products and customers demand planning Masterdata
.. you identify abnormal demand patterns of relevant portfolio
.. you manage relations with the internal Sales, Marketing teams, factories and Procurement teams, external suppliers and customers (large-scale distribution chains - large distribution) from an S&OP customer demand planning point of view
.. you support the monthly S&OP process from a demand planning point of view
.. you ensure availability of Intercompany Finished Goods, including “Make to Stock” and “Make to Order” products in APO Planning Book
.. you manage short term supply/demand disruptions, collaborate with Sales, 3rd party logistics service provider, Intercompany Manufacturing, and other business partners to ensure high service
.. you maintain and define optimized Interco SKU inventory levels, including safety stocks, minimize write offs
.. you maintain excellent level of cooperation and communication with Suppliers and collaborate actively with internal and external parties, providing timely information regarding Supply availability
.. you maintain planning master data in APO and ECC for relevant portfolio
.. you support system upgrade/transition to SAP 4 HANA for Supply Planning (support UAT)

.. you hold a degree in Business Administration, Economics or Supply Chain Management, APICS certification is an advantage
.. you have minimum 4 years of experience in a Demand/Supply Planning role in FMCG environment
.. you have good knowledge of best practice supply planning processes including inventory management techniques and their impact on Supply Chain
.. you are proficient with SAP IBP, ECC, APO or similar ERP system and advanced Excel skills (ability to create, understand, update, and improve data models)
.. you gained already experience with other planning software or with creation of own planning tools in Excel is an asset
.. you have strong analytical and problem-solving skills
.. you are a strong communicator with proficiency in English and German and the ability to interface across departments, cultures, business units, and at all levels in a positive and proactive way
