- Design, implement, and refine large language models, focusing on improving accuracy, efficiency, and scalability.
- Implement and optimize RAG techniques to enhance the depth and breadth of our language models.
- Oversee the acquisition and curation of high-quality training datasets, ensuring diversity and relevance.
- Utilize RLHF or other strategies to fine-tune models, ensuring they meet our high standards of performance and reliability.
- Stay abreast of the latest trends in AI and NLP, and apply innovative techniques to enhance model capabilities and performance.
- Work on our modular NLP product ensuring it is always on the cutting edge.
What you should bring with you
Requirements
- Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science or related field.
- Proven experience in NLP and machine learning.
- Strong programming skills in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar frameworks.
- Experience with version control and CI/CD tools.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills in English and/or German to collaborate with team members.
- Strong ability to adapt to new technologies and innovate within the field.
- A team-oriented mindset, with an emphasis on collaboration and adaptability.
- PhD in the field of Natural Language Processing (NLP).
- C++/C programming (systems programming).
- CUDA experience.
- German, French and/or Italian.
- Experience with containerization tools like Docker, Kubernetes etc.
- Experience with a variety of NLP libraries like huggingface, nltk etc.
- Experience with WebApp development.
- Experience with scalable applications.
- Experience with the creation and maintenance of productive environments.
