Für unseren Kunden im Raum Luzern suchen wir per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung einen
Unsere Aufgaben:
- Bewertung und Betreuung von Change Control Aufgabenstellungen sowie Aufgabenstellungen aus dem Abweichungs- und CAPA-Prozess
- Planung, Durchführung und Steuerung von Qualifizierungs- und Validierungsaktivitäten im Produktionsbereich und Erstellung von Risikoanalysen (FMEA)
- Betreuung von Verbesserungsprojekten, welche im Rahmen der Verlustanalysen und Qualitätsabweichungen brachliegende Potentiale aufzeigen
- Durchführung von Periodic Reviews, Continued Process Verification, Requalifizierungen im Rahmen der Q/V-Jahresplanung
- Unterstützung bei der Projektierung und Beschaffung von neuen Anlagen und Systemen
- Betreuung von Systemen im First Level Support (MES, PLS, Reinraummonitoring, etc.)
Ihre Kompetenzen:
- Sie verfügen über ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Bachelorstudium der Ingenieurwissenschaften Medizintechnik, Mechatronik, Maschinenbau, oder einem ähnlichen Studiengang und haben bevorzugt einige Jahre Berufserfahrung im regulierten Produktionsumfeld gesammelt.
- Sie haben Methodenkenntnisse von Qualifizierungs- und Validierungsaufgaben bei technischen Anlagen
- Kenntnisse von Operational Excellence und Projektmanagement erleichtern die effektive sowie effiziente Bearbeitung und Beseitigung von Abweichungen und Betreuung der übrigen Aufgabenpakete
- Sehr gute Deutsch- sowie gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse
- Fähigkeit, abteilungsübergreifende Prozesse zu erkennen und zu hinterfragen
