Position Summary
As Flight Operations Engineer you will support daily flight operations by providing technical and regulatory expertise.
Your Mission
- Support the NPFO in investigating operational issues during daily flight operations
- Provide operational advisory (risk assessments, airport assessments…) for special and/or complex operations / approvals
- Monitor the validity of aircraft certificates (Ops Specs…) and process initial / renewal / revision applications at various civil aviation authorities
- Administrate the weight & balance / performance software and provide W&B / performance analysis and verification
- Support the revision process of operational documentation (Operations Manuals, MELs, Airport Briefings…) and update the relevant sections of the document library
- Generate and distribute operational / technical communications (memos) to flight crews
- Analysis and verification of flight documentation (OFPs, W&B calculations…)
- Maintain fleet compliance with various airspace user and equipment requirements (HMU Monitoring, Datalink…)
- Support the NPFO during internal and external audits
- Support during fleet phase-in and phase-out projects
- Assisting the EFB system deployment and administration
Your Profile
— BSc/MSc (or similar) in a relevant field or relevant work experience
— Experience in Flight Operations and/or ideally Business Administration
— Knowledge of ICAO, EASA and other aviation regulations / standards
— Proactive personality with flexibility to adapt in a rapidly changing environment
— Organization and problem-solving skills
— Autonomy to work independently
— Effective collaboration and communication as a team player
— Strong technical skills and knowledge of common software (MS Office...)
