Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee all logistics operations including inventory management, order fulfillment, and distribution.
• Coordinate with sales team to ensure timely delivery of products to customers.
• Assist in sales activities such as customer service, order processing, and sales tracking.
• Develop and implement logistics strategies to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management review.

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of logistics and shipping documents.
• Experience in logistics management and sales support.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and logistics software.
• Fluency in English and German is a plus.
