We are seeking a highly organized and results-driven Migration Manager to lead and execute large-scale migration projects within the B2B Migration Team. This role is critical in managing transitions driven by end-of-life purposes and More4More initiatives, ensuring a seamless experience for customers and internal stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing complex projects, excellent communication skills, and the ability to collaborate across diverse teams to deliver successful migration outcomes.
Tasks:
- Project Leadership: Develop and execute migration plans, including timelines, milestones, and business cases, to support end-of-life transitions and More4More initiatives
- Coordination & Readiness: Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, IT, customer care) to ensure system, process, and resource readiness for migrations
- Customer Communication: Design and implement communication strategies tailored to customer needs, ensuring clarity and minimizing disruption during migrations
- Team Enablement: Provide necessary training and documentation to teams involved in migration activities for seamless execution
- Risk Management: Identify and mitigate potential risks in migration projects, proactively implementing corrective actions when needed
- Performance Tracking: Monitor migration progress, addressing roadblocks, and reporting detailed updates to stakeholders
- Post-Migration Evaluation: Conduct reviews to assess project outcomes, document lessons learned, and recommend improvements for future initiatives
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, IT, or a related field; MBA or certifications like PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile preferred
- 5+ years in project or migration management, ideally in a B2B or telecom environment, with experience in end-of-life transitions or large-scale upgrades
- Expertise in managing large-scale, cross-functional projects with a strong focus on timelines, deliverables, and risk mitigation
- Skilled in using project management tools, data analysis platforms, and understanding of data migration tools and processes
- Excellent interpersonal skills to influence diverse stakeholders and foster team alignment
- Analytical mindset with a proactive and adaptable approach to evolving project requirements and challenges
- Strong understanding of customer needs, telecom B2B products, services, and lifecycle management
- Fluency in German and English (French/Italian is a plus)
