Field Marketing Specialist
Your Mission:
The Field Marketing Specialist will be responsible for the execution of our global integrated marketing campaigns as well as events. S/he will be a critical team member responsible for executing marketing activities that generate engagements, leads and opportunities. This person will be tasked with driving pipeline and brand awareness through marketing activities, by identifying and generating opportunities to increase the company’s footprint within the market as well as demand.
This person will also work across functions, including Corporate Marketing, SDR, Sales and Product, to drive an integrated strategy.
Your Qualifications:
- Minimum 1-2 years of field marketing, demand generation and event marketing experience or similar experience
- Ability to drive execution in collaboration with multiple, geographically dispersed groups
- Experience managing external agencies (booth builder, …)
- Excellent project management skills with attention to detail and follow up
- Exceptional relationship management skills – experience working with international teams and channel partners
- Comfortable with a fast-moving, sometimes ambiguous, environment
- Able to travel up to 20% of the time
Your Responsibilities:
- Create and execute marketing plan and tactics for conferences, events, roundtables, meetups, speaking engagements, virtual events etc. with the purpose of lead generation and brand awareness
- Work with cross functional teams to develop, implement, and measure field marketing programs that build pipeline, support new customer acquisition, and retain existing customers
- Use Marketo and SFDC to manage leads and report events’ outcomes and leverage the data for ROI and campaign performance conversations with manager and sales
- Ensure field & channel programs are delivered on time, within budget, meeting ROI expectations/forecast
- Execute regional webinars/webcasts as well as virtual roundtables
- Support the global demand generation functions, through the management of content syndication campaigns to contribute to the overall lead generation team KPIs
- Partner closely with sales teams to measure, analyze and report on demand creation activities on sales pipeline
- Work with cross-functional internal teams and external agencies to ensure alignment
