We are looking for a

to join our global HR team. The role can be based in Eppelheim, Warsaw or Baar.

Relocation is not supported for this role. Therefore applications will be considered for the current location of the applicant.

 

Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain Workday HCM, ensuring data accuracy, security, and system efficiency
  • Configure Workday modules (Core HCM, Recruiting, Performance, Absence, Compensation, Learning etc.) to align with business needs
  • Provide technical support to HR and employees, resolving system issues and coordinating with external support when necessary
  • Assist in Workday integrations with third-party systems (e.g. payroll, SAP). Collaborate with IT and external vendors to implement integrations
  • Participate in system enhancements, testing, and implementation of new modules
  • Develop and generate Workday reports and dashboards
  • Train HR Staff and business users on system functionalities and updates
  • Support HR digitalization initiatives concerning other systems with effective cross functional collaborations

 

Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Technology or a related field, ideally with first-hand experience in a similar function
  • At least 1 year working experience with Workday HCM system is a hard requirement
  • Strong understanding of HR processes and workflows
  • Proficiency in data analysis, reporting tools, and Microsoft Excel
  • Experience with system configuration, integrations, and troubleshooting
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Fluency in English. Knowledge of German is preferred
  • Entrepreneurial spirit with a strong hands-on and can-do attitude
  • Cross cultural awareness and experience working in a multi-cultural environment
