Senior Entreprise Architect (m/f/n)
You will be part of a forward-thinking Architecture team that includes Domain, Solution, Integration, and Enterprise Architects. In this role, you will contribute to Strategic Architecture Management by:
* Developing and evolving enterprise-wide architectural vision
* Designing long-term technology roadmaps that align with business objectives
* Establishing architectural governance principles and standards
* Managing technological complexity and interdependencies across the organization
Your work will play a key role in shaping the strategic technology direction of the company, ensuring IT solutions align with business needs. Reporting to the Head of Architecture and Solution Design, you will drive innovation and contribute to the evolution of technology in a fast-paced industry.

What Your Day Looks Like
As a Senior Enterprise Architect specializing in key business capabilities such as Operational Efficiency, Security, and Compliance, you will:
- Collaborate with business leaders and stakeholders to define technology requirements and align them with strategic goals
- Develop and maintain architecture blueprints and roadmaps to guide technology decisions
- Evaluate emerging technologies and industry trends to identify innovative solutions
- Lead architecture reviews, ensuring adherence to best practices and governance standards
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to cross-functional teams, fostering a culture of continuous improvement
- Work closely with project managers, developers, and product owners to ensure the successful delivery of IT projects, including designing modern IT solutions within an Agile SCRUM environment
What We're Looking For
- 8-10 years of strategic IT experience with advanced knowledge of Enterprise Architecture frameworks (preferably TOGAF)
- Experience in large-scale or highly regulated industries
- Strong expertise in business process and data modeling
- Executive-level communication skills
- Master's or bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field
