What to expect

• You act as an interface between business and development, write user stories, use cases, and conduct workshops.
• You develop solution approaches, define the solution design, and support the implementation of the respective topics.
• You help us connect and expand existing technologies and processes between Salesforce and other applications.
• You use your experience to provide solution-oriented support in projects and operations.
• You work in a cross-functional, motivated team and have the opportunity to elevate Salesforce to a new level within our company context.

The skills you'll bring

• Degree or further education in (business) informatics, computer science or comparable professional experience
• 5+ years of experience in solution design, as a requirements engineer, business analyst, product owner, or similar, preferably for CRM-Tools
• Experience with Salesforce Cloud (Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud) is a major plus
• Business knowledge in the insurance or sales/marketing sectors is advantageous
• Strong conceptual skills with a passion for consulting and a willingness to persuade
• Fluent in English and preferably German
