Our client is seeking an experienced SAP HCM Payroll Consultant to join their HR-IT department. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for teamwork and service excellence. Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and develop the SAP HCM landscape, with a primary focus on Swiss Payroll module.
* Support system optimizations and continuous development.
* Gather internal client requirements and provide consultancy on potential solutions (75% services / 25% project work), including creating blueprints and detailed specifications.
* Implement solutions through customizations and deliver presentations and training sessions.
* Ensure legal compliance by implementing annual legislative changes, including patches.
Your Profile:
* Fluent in German; English skills are a plus.
* Extensive experience in customizing SAP HCM Payroll for Switzerland.
* Proven experience in project management and the ability to lead projects independently.
* Skilled at operating in an international environment, serving as a trusted advisor to HR clients.
* Structured, goal-oriented working style, with a commitment to sharing knowledge and proactively supporting colleagues.
* Experience in customizing time management is an advantage.
