Senior Entreprise Architect Banking & Finance
You will be part of a forward-thinking Architecture Team consisting of Domain, Solution, Integration, and Enterprise Architects. Your role will focus on Strategic Architecture Management, where you will:
* Develop and evolve enterprise-wide architectural vision
* Create comprehensive architectural frameworks that support business objectives
* Design long-term technology roadmaps aligned with organizational goals
* Establish architectural governance principles and standards
* Manage technological complexity and interdependencies across the organization
Your work will shape the strategic technology direction of the company, ensuring IT solutions align with business objectives. Reporting directly to the Head of Architecture and Solution Design, you will play a critical role in driving innovation and digital transformation.

What Your Day Looks Like
The Architecture Team leads efforts to design and implement enterprise-wide solutions, establish technology standards, and provide guidance on technology investments. As a Senior Enterprise Architect, specializing in Financial Services and Sustainability/Economics, you will:
- Collaborate with business leaders and stakeholders to define technology requirements and align them with strategic goals
- Develop and maintain architecture blueprints and roadmaps to guide technology decisions
- Evaluate emerging technologies and industry trends to identify innovative solutions
- Lead architecture reviews, ensuring adherence to best practices and governance standards
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to cross-functional teams, fostering a culture of continuous improvement
- Partner with project managers, developers, and product owners to ensure the successful delivery of IT projects, including designing modern IT solutions within an Agile SCRUM environment
What We're Looking For
- 8-10 years of strategic IT experience with advanced knowledge of Enterprise Architecture frameworks (preferably TOGAF)
- Experience in Financial Services, ERP/SAP, and ideally Sustainability/Economics
- Strong expertise in Business Process and Data Modeling
- Executive-level communication skills
- Master's or bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field
