Your Responsibilities:
* Maintain and update delivery planning, overseeing the entire process from order creation to receipt.
* Coordinate operational activities for material release and lead daily "Raw Material Tiers" meetings.
* Make decisions on order modifications, including quantity adjustments and delivery date changes, while liaising directly with suppliers.
* Provide visibility on stock-out dates to other departments to guide activities like sampling, testing, and release.
* Escalate critical issues such as late order postponements or low stock levels when necessary.
* Analyze MRP non-BOM messages and create new orders accordingly.
* Drive continuous improvement by developing and updating tutorials and workflows for raw material supply chain activities.
Internal Main Contacts:
* Warehouse: Support receiving issues and align delivery planning with capacity.
* Quality Assurance (QA): Ensure smooth release flows and manage prioritization as needed.
* Laboratory: Coordinate testing flows and handle ERP system orders.
* Finance: Support invoice matching with purchase orders.
* Purchasing: Collaborate on supplier coordination, price updates, and escalations.
* Buyer/Planner (other plants): Manage IPSO requests.
External Main Contacts:
* Suppliers: Oversee open orders, clarify delivery dates, and address issues as needed.
Your Background:
* Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or equivalent.
* 1-3 years of experience in the biotechnology or pharmaceutical industry.
* Knowledge of GMP environments.
* Strong team spirit and communication skills.
* Ability to manage multiple tasks with rigor and prioritize effectively.
Skills and Expertise:
* Proficiency in ERP systems and MS Office tools.
* Advanced English language skills.
