Inhouse Consultant PLM (d/f/m)
As an In-House Consultant SAP PLM (m/f/d), you will play a key role in our SAP Competence Centre and contribute to the continuous development of our Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) solution. You will collaborate closely with the Design, Product Development, and Procurement departments to establish efficient processes for developing new collections and to actively drive our digital transformation.
Your Responsibilities
- Further development and support of our SAP PLM solutions in close coordination with relevant departments
- Considering the requirements of PLM-related satellite systems, such as the PIM or DAM systems
- Providing advice and support for optimising and digitalising business processes
- Designing, finding solutions for, and implementing new business requirements, particularly in the area of Product Structure Management
- Ensuring software functionality through 2nd level support, error analysis, and troubleshooting in day-to-day operations
- Planning and conducting key user training sessions as well as supporting end-user training
- Performing and documenting software tests
- A successfully completed technical degree or a comparable qualification with relevant professional experience
- In-depth knowledge of the SAP MM module, particularly in the master data area, ideally with a focus on the fashion and textile industry
- Experience as an in-house consultant or in managing SAP PDM/PLM solutions, ideally in the fashion sector
- Ideally, knowledge of interfaces in the area of SAP Integration Suite (BTP)
- Good command of English
- An independent and structured way of working
- Analytical skills and the ability to present complex issues in a simple manner
- Strong communication skills, assertiveness, and team spirit.
