By now our customers have grown from survey and mapping professionals to scientists, humanitarian organizations, and environmentalists. They fly WingtraOne for more than a thousand hours on a monthly basis. This is only the beginning—together we can achieve much more.

This fast growth requires solid financial planning, controlling and management. That’s where you come in. You'll join and help further building up the finance team covering all aspects of finance, compliance, legal affairs, insurance, office management, administration, and more. According to your seniority/proficiency you will lead, support, co-manage or own the following tasks:

Responsibilities

• Build up processes and lead the finance & office team of 2 people
• Manage financial closings with external accountants
• Design our new budgeting and reporting process to reflect the increased product portfolio of HW and SW products, including recurring revenue streams in a global setup
• Lead finance related projects and continuously improve our finance setup and processes in line with Wingtra’s growth
• Evaluate and execute integration of finance process into our ERP as a key stakeholder
• Reporting to Senior leadership, Investors and other relevant stakeholders
• Be a finance business partner for internal and external stakeholders
• Support other departments with models and guidelines

Requirements

•  Higher education degree in the field of finance or accounting, or relevant certification
• in this area
• Minimum of 3-5 years in professional experience in finance, accounting and controlling
• You thrive by learning, growing and taking responsibility
• You have your strong suit working conceptually but you are able to jump in for actual accounting tasks if needed
• Capability to work in multinational environments 
• You contribute to a good group/work dynamic, in which people enjoy performing at their best
• Financial working experience in a industrial production environment is a plus
• Solid understanding of accounting and finance according to OR and other frameworks
• Structured, reliable and precise work ethic, yet able to find pragmatic solutions when needed
• Business fluency in English and German is a must
• Excellent Excel knowledge and ability to work with complex spreadsheets
• You are used to working in a scale-up environment, including a high degree of impact of your actions and the ability to accept a limited maturity of existing processes.
