Product Manager Advanced Digital Visualization Solutions

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Driving the process that convert customer known and unknown needs into delivered Advanced Digital Visualization Solutions and thus increases customer satisfaction and optimize patients’ outcomes.

• Monitoring and analyzing market dynamics, competitive landscape and customer needs in advanced digital surgical workflows (Neuro, ENT, P&R, dental, Augmented-, Virtual Reality & Fluorescence based/Lab free Imaging Applications, IGS, etc.) to identify pain points and initiate projects to address those pain points with Products/Clinical applications with differentiated and defendable claims.

• Developing of related business plans, definition of the product positioning in the marketplace and managing the relevant product life cycle including product basic material costs (BMC) and margin. Supporting of the launch, establishing pricing strategies, overseeing market trends, monitoring the performance of the product through-out its life cycle,  suggesting/driving corrective initiatives to further enhance the product performance and enable sales.

Cross-functional responsibilities, which require cooperating with various departments within the company (Imaging Platform, Business Management, sales, R&D, RA, QA, CA, Marketing, Operations) and external partners.

YOUR PROFILE

• 2 years proven experience in Product Management, or Application Solutions or equivalent in medical technology, in the field of Microsurgery, Medical Digital Imaging, AR/VR, Integrated OR, software or Image Guided Surgery (IGS).


• Demonstrated success in leading innovation project


• Clinical experience in corresponding field of Surgery is a plus


• Bachelor's degree in engineering or business administration; preferred: MBA


• English and preferably German
