Role
For our branch in Lugano we are looking for a cashier that will be the first point contact for our client.
Main Responsibilities
- Handling cash transactions for Private Banking clients, in particular withdrawals, deposits, foreign currency transactions, metal transactions, etc;
- Welcoming customers and providing high quality service;
- Handle sensitive information confidentially, complying with all internal regulations;
- Manage access and safe deposit box;
- Managing administrative activities on safe deposit boxes, including daily and periodic checks, archiving, statistics, etc;
- Handling administrative tasks relating to cash transactions, including accounting, archiving, daily and periodic checks, statistics, etc;
- Various administrative and organisational tasks
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Cashier in a Bank
- Excellent knowledge of the Microsoft Office package and proficiency using IT tools
- Be client oriented able to empathise and willing to listen to customers;
- Knowledge of English and Swiss national languages;
- Excellent time management skills, ability to multitask able to prioritise requests from different stakeholders;
- Accuracy, precision and confidentiality;
- Strong attention to details;
- Ability to work independently, in direct contact with customers.
