Fähigkeiten

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Service Architect to join our Naples office, a key hub for our IT operations.
In this role, you will be responsible for designing, improving, and governing IT service architectures to ensure alignment with business objectives, focusing on key areas such as ITSM processes, IT infrastructure, and application landscapes.
•Reporting directly to the local IT Service Manager
•Develop, maintain, and optimize IT service architectures in alignment with the company's strategic goals.
•Design and oversee ITSM processes, ensuring compliance with industry best practices and MSC standards.
•Drive initiatives related to service design, availability, continuity, and capacity planning.
•Create and update service blueprints, roadmaps, and other architectural artifacts.
•Manage and mitigate risks related to IT services, ensuring alignment with SLAs and KPIs.
•Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT operations, development, and business stakeholders, to define service requirements and ensure seamless delivery.
•A minimum of 5 years of experience in IT service management area
•An understanding of the complete service lifecycle including concept through to sourcing, design, build, test, deployment and disposal management
•Strong expertise in ITIL frameworks and ITSM process design.
•Fluent in English; additional languages are an asset.
•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
•Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities with a proactive, results-driven approach.
