Are you interested in building your own mom community through fitness? Then join our Mom in Balance team and support women and moms (to be) in keeping fit and strong during pregnancy, post partum and beyond.
Mom in Balance's outdoor training programs were developed in collaboration with gynecologists and pelvic floor therapists. We offer customized full-body workouts for women and moms (to be), supporting them during and post pregnancy to keep fit and strong. An international community of like-minded women who motivate and inspire each other. Mom in Balance offers its own trainer training program including online and practical training assignments. Upon successful completion, trainers receive a personal trainer certificate, which is also certified by QualiCert.
We are looking for fitness trainer for women and moms (to be) during pregnancy, postpartum and up to menopause. The training consists of effective full-body workouts using our own stretch bands and workouts for strength, core, endurance, mobility, and stability. Classes usually take place in the mornings or evenings.
You are positive, passionate and love fitness. You're eager to train your own mom groups independently and promote Mom in Balance among your friends. You will participate in the Mom in Balance training program and receive the perfect preparation for practical work through an online training program offered by our head office in the Netherlands. Upon completion you will be certified as a Personal Trainer, together with a certification by QualiCert. Ideally, you speak English (or the local language, depending on your location).
