Join Axpo, a leader in energy management and procurement, as a Procurement Manager for Market Data. In this role, you will oversee the strategic and operational aspects of procurement contracts and license management within our Trading & Sales departments. This position offers a challenging and dynamic work environment where you can drive improvements and make a significant impact on our procurement processes.
What you will do:
- Manage sourcing, procurement contracts, licensing, and supplier relations specific to Market Data.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives and develop procurement-related processes.
- Manage projects focused on procurement topics, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Take charge of the Market Data category management, considering market trends, user requirements, and business models.
- Mitigate supply chain risks and ensure compliance with governance standards.
- Handle negotiations and manage comprehensive Framework/Master Service Agreements.
- Coordinate closely with business units to address service disruptions and changes effectively.
What you bring & who you are:
- A degree in technical or business management from a university or college with several years of experience in procurement.
- Proven ability in managing Market Data license contracts and systems.
- Strong negotiation skills and a solid track record in operational procurement.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to lead projects and interact effectively with stakeholders.
- A proactive and independent working style, complemented by a "can do" attitude and strong analytical skills.
- Fluency in English; additional languages, especially German, are a plus.
