- Welcome guests at the highest level and ensure the best guest experience
- Leading a team of Commis de Rang and service staff
- Ensuring a smooth service flow
- Advising guests on the selection of food and beverages according to their preferences and restrictions
- Ensuring compliance with service standards and guidelines of the hotel group
- Responsible for the proper setting and decoration of tables
- Active involvement in the development of new menus and food cards
- Completed education in the gastronomy sector or equivalent professional experience
- Several years of experience in the service sector, preferably in upscale gastronomy
- Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor
- Ability to motivate and guide a team
- Good knowledge of wine and beverages is advantageous
- High resilience and the ability to ensure excellent service even under pressure
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Very good Italian language skills, ideally English and German language skills
