IT Sourcer - German speaking vacancy for our Bern based client in the Pharma sector/ Public health sector
Your tasks:
• Identify and engage with potential candidates for IT-related roles, such as developers, support specialists, and system administrators
• Review resumes, conduct initial phone interviews, and assess candidates' qualifications based on job requirements.
• Partner closely with the IT hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and ensure an effective recruitment process.
• Write and post compelling job advertisements on relevant platforms to attract qualified candidates.
Your experience/knowledge:
• 1-2 years of experience in recruitment or similar HR role, with a focus on sourcing or technical recruiting, ideally in the IT field (or a strong interest in transitioning into IT).
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple open roles at once.
• Language skills: German
