Support us in the production and development of cutting-edge medical technology solutions that enable people around the world to self-manage diabetes and other chronic diseases.

Your main tasks

• Accompanying, advising and supporting the line and employees in a global support area on all operational and strategic HR topics
• Partner in conflict management, people and talent management and change management
• Organisational development and culture management
• Collaboration or management of various projects on internationally relevant people & organization topics
• Creation and support of processes, regulations, and concepts on various HR topics

Your profile

• University/university of applied sciences degree, ideally with a specialisation/further training in HR Management
• At least 5 years of professional experience as a Human Resources Manager in a Swiss & international support organisation
• Several years of international experience including intercultural competence
• Strong ability to support Executive Board Members, Managers and Employees at the appropriate level
• Experience in Project Management as an Employee and Project Management
• Very good knowledge of German and English (C1)
