The Sales Manager will promote sales of equipment and consumables defining goals, objectives, and expectations for the Sales Team.
What you will do:
• Preparation of the sales budget for printers and accessories
• Preparation of sales strategies and commercial conditions in conjunction with the relevant stakeholders (Account Managers and top management)
• Implementation of discount policies according to the company's Delegation Matrix
• Definition of the needs for importing printers and accessories in conjunction with the Supply Chain Management
• Participation in identifying the needs for hiring and training Business Managers
• Prospecting the market for M-I Direct customers (Global Strategic Accounts and Local Relevant accounts) under your responsibility
• Management of relations between Direct Customers and Markem-Imaje, aiming at the consolidation and constant strengthening of the image of preferred supplier
• Work side by side with the Account Management team in order to develop relationship and customer intimacy, prospecting and visiting both new and existing customers
• Management and development of the Sales Team, to achieve company's objectives
• Motivation and encouragement of the Sales Team to promote products and services to the Direct accounts
What you need to have:
• Higher education in business administration, marketing, engineering or related areas
• 7 years of experience in sales of technical products/equipment
• Experience in the Mexican market regarding its geographic dispersion and customer segmentation
• Experience in people management
• Microsoft Office; B2B sales techniques
• Negotiation; Sales; Consultative sales; Driving
• Advanced level of English (verbal and written) as daily interactions is necessary
• Knowledge of Salesforce is a plus
