YOUR TASKS

• Taking ownership for driving recruitment processes for assigned Client
• Partnering with the Hiring Managers, HR Business Partners and external vendors to ensure effective recruitment for all requirements
• Acting as point of contact for the Client, to ensure the process is running smoothly and effectively
• Compliant administering of Applicant Tracking System, you will ensure relevant process steps are executed as agreed by KPIs and SLAs
• Supporting and advising on recruitment strategies as well as managing stakeholders' expectations in a consultative way
• Occasional direct sourcing and scheduling tasks execution as required

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

• We are looking for tenacious and result driven professional who is currently working in staffing
• Previous experience in inhouse recruitment or RPO company and working in an end-2-end process
• Readiness and resilience to work under pressure along with great time management skills
• You have the ability to get things done through collaboration and effective communication
• Excellent customer service skills and ability to build meaningful relationships to support overall business objectives of the client's organisation
• Experience in using Applicant Tracking Systems (Workday will be considered as nice to have)
