For a leading luxury Watch brand with store location on the famous Bahnhofstrasse, Zurich, we are currently looking for their new Flagship Store Manager that's going to lead a new team, develop sales, showcase the brand to its utmost potential and ensure the most effective store operations.
POSITION
Leading the Team
- Lead recruiting, integrating, and training of new staff
- Inspire team members to excel in customer service and skills development
- Conduct performance evaluations and foster a positive work environment
- Resolve conflicts impartially and hold regular meetings for effective communication
Sales Management
- Drive team performance to meet sales goals
- Improve key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Ensure excellent customer service and a unique shopping experience
- Maintain knowledge of collections and stock availabilities
Brand Representation
- Maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming store environment
- Ensure visual merchandising aligns with brand standards
- Educate the team on merchandising principles
Store Management
- Oversee scheduling, budgeting, and compliance with labor laws
- Monitor financial procedures and analyze sales results
- Facilitate efficient communication within the hierarchy
Store Organization
- Ensure proper maintenance of the store, stockroom, and materials
- Oversee logistical tasks like deliveries, stock management, and inventory
- Maintain security and hygiene standards
PROFILE
For this exciting new position in the heart of Zurich, we are seeking for a outstanding Store Manager, with prior experience in the role and with Watches & Jewellery, unless the person is passionate and very knowledgable in the domain. Here are several criteria that we'll have for the job:
- Relevant education within Retail, Sales, Management
- Experience in Retail sales and store management
- Highly customer oriented and versed into customer care and experience
- Strong drive and initiative
- Prior experience in Event, PR and Marcom activities
- Proficient in crafting a sales strategy for a boutique and managing its roll out
- Skilled with numbers, budgeting and some financials
- High commitment to a brand and employer
- Open to flexible schedules and various work shifts Mon-Sat
- Perfect fluency in GER / ENG, Swiss-GER being a strong advantage
