The Kitchen Republic combines several food concepts of Familie Wiesner Gastronomie (FWG). With just one order, our guests can choose their favorite dishes from different restaurants online. In March 2020, FWG opened its first Ghost Kitchen, which is now branded Kitchen Republic. The Kitchen Republic Singerhaus provides our guests with food from the restaurant brands Negishi Sushi Bar, Nooch Asian Kitchen, Poke Nation and Dumpling Brothers.

Your tasks
- Providing the mise en place for the lunch and dinner service
- Independent preparation of specials and dishes of the day
- General cleaning work
- Adherence to the hygiene concept according to HACCP
Your profile
- At least 2 years of experience at the gas wok
- German language skills
- Clean, efficient and precise way of working
