PLM Solution Specialist

Within this functional area, the PLM Solution Specialist is part of the Mechanical Design Automation Product team and is responsible to support the R&D units with the creation and release of production data. You contribute to and execute PLM projects with METTLER TOLEDO subsidiaries and drive and manage a broad range of activities. We are looking for a passionate and innovative member to join our global team as aPLM Solution Specialist 100% (all genders)In this role, your responsibilities would include: Support of end-to-end solution from creating designs for our products in our 3D Mechanical CAD systems (Creo and Inventor) until releasing it in our global PLM System (Teamcenter)Provide tier 2 support (troubleshooting and resolving issues) in close collaboration with the power users (tier 1) in the unitsIdentify areas for improvement with regards to functionalities, performance, automation, user friendliness and robustness of the solutions Contribute to the evolution of the global process template, design guidelines and design quality checks, collaborating with Product Owner, Solution Architect and Business AnalystSupport with the installation of MCAD applications incl. integrations with Teamcenter to the end user clientsMaintain the necessary documentation to make the power users self-sufficient (i.e. user manual, process documentation) and execute test scriptsSupport enhancement and upgrade projects during all phases until delivery to production.Execute user training for new functionalities and refresh trainings
