Attorney-at-Law Private Clients (70-100%)

By becoming a part of this team, you will have the opportunity to assist a diverse range of private individuals, families, and businesses in managing their legal needs. You will be expected to offer expert legal advice and support, particularly in the areas of inheritance law and family law.

Responsibilities:

• Offering legal counsel on a broad spectrum of inheritance-related matters, with a primary focus on estate and succession planning.
• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating important legal documents such as matrimonial contracts, inheritance agreements, wills (including executing wills), and other related documents.
• Providing assistance in setting up and managing trusts or other structures as necessary for estate planning.
• Offering strategic advice on how clients can best manage their wealth and legal obligations in relation to family law and inheritance matters.

Requirements:

• Swiss bar exam qualification, coupled with a Master's degree in law.
• At least five years of professional experience with a focus on advising private clients, preferably in inheritance or family law matters.
• A strong ability to work independently, with a client-centric, solutions-oriented approach.
• Fluency in both German and English is required; proficiency in additional languages is an asset.
• A PhD, CAS, or any other relevant qualifications will be considered a plus.
