Job Description
The Head of Digital - Digital Business Partner facilitates scientific exchange with Healthcare Professionals (HCPs) through digital communication channels to ensure patients' access to medicines.
This role plays a crucial role in cross-functional collaboration, particularly with the Business Intelligence (Analytical) team, Therapeutic Area teams, and IT, to drive digital strategy and implementation aligned with business objectives.
Education:
Master’s degree. Preferable but not limited to degree in Medicine, Pharmacy, Biochemistry, Marketing, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
Skills:
- Strong proficiency in digital communication strategies, project management, and team leadership.
- Strong presentation skills, both oral and in PowerPoint.
- Advanced PC skills.
Knowledge:
Fluent in English.
Experience:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in digital and /or marketing.
- Demonstrated experience in marketing, digital strategy, and project management preferable within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
- Experience in managing teams, including external, cross-functional teams, and agencies, is essential.

1. Digital Strategy Development:
- Lead the development and execution of digital strategies and projects to enhance scientific exchange with HCPs and provide patient support throughout the patient journey.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business goals.
2. Scientific Exchange and Patient Support Facilitation:
- Utilize digital platforms to facilitate scientific exchange and provide patient support by delivering educational and scientific content effectively.
- Lead the development of content and digital materials in accordance with the agreed strategy and plans for each therapeutic area.
- Ensure content accuracy, relevance to target audiences, strict adherence to internal procedures, compliance with industry standards and national legislation.
3. Project Management:
- Oversee digital projects from planning through to implementation, ensuring successful delivery within scope, budget, and timeline.
- Monitor project performance and adjust strategies as needed to achieve objectives.
4. Team and Agency Management:
- Search for necessary contractors for the implementation of digital projects, participate in the selection of preferred suppliers.
- Manage and lead cross functional and external teams and agencies to execute digital initiatives effectively.
- Provide direction, support, and oversight to ensure deliverables meet quality standards and timelines.
5. Performance Evaluation and Optimization:
- Measure and analyze the performance of digital campaigns and initiatives.
- Utilize data-driven insights to optimize strategies and improve campaign effectiveness.
- Lead regular reporting meetings with the company management, providing analytics on the directions as requested.
6. Budget planning & Control
- Ensure financial planning of digital activities and communications, monitor the execution of the planned budget.
7. Compliance and Risk Management:
- Ensure all digital activities adhere to ethical standards, corporate procedures, national legislation, and regulatory guidelines (e.g., personal data protection).
- Actively engage with legal and compliance teams to mitigate risks associated with digital initiatives.
8. Digital Education and Innovations Management
- Digital education and Digital innovations management inside the company; organization of regular sessions to improve the digital maturity of the organization
- Collaboration and best practice sharing with the GEM region
9. Stakeholder Engagement and Collaboration:
Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners to drive collaborative digital initiatives
