Job Description
We are currently looking for an experienced Key Accounts Executive who is able to join us immediately to support the existing European team
You will be responsible for:
Strategic Direction: Develop and implement intiatives to drive sales, meet objectives, and expand our business in Europe.
Budget Management: Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
Commercial Effectiveness: Drive Europe performance, maintaining a robust pipeline of leads and opportunities. Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
Customer Relationships: Build,expand and nurture both new and existing customer relationships. Network with industry professionals to foster relationships and generate leads. Document your customer interactions and insights in our CRM.
Sales and Product Support: Provide (technical) sales expertise for our existing and prospective customers in finding best product from our portfolio for their needs in face-to-face and in virtual meetings. Organize and execute seminars, conferences, exhibitions, industry events, trade shows, webinars and joint customer visits etc. Willingsness to travel.
Requirements
Sales Experience: Proven track record as a sales representative in the medical device field or in a related area
Business skills: Advanced selling techniques and excellent business skills. Excellent Networking and Soft Skills, Flexible and Result-Driven personality with passion for serving customers and driving sales.
Further Education: a Bachelor Degree is required, a Master Degree is a plus.
Work Experience: Minimum of 1-3 Years in a similar role.
Language: Mandatory French or German as a First Language and Business English (Fluent) – bilingual preferred, any other European language is a plus.
