You will become part of our Digital Sales Team (B2B): a dynamic, motivated, multicultural team consisting of experts in content, website management, analytics, UX, PO, and marketing management. Together, we are driving growth in eShop sales, Website traffic and on-site conversions.
 

Tasks:

• Evaluate and Optimize Campaign Performance: Analyze the performance of campaigns across promotions and product combinations to determine what works best for digital channels. Provide actionable insights on creative performance, website metrics, and conversion rate optimization (CRO) to maximize impact and ROI
• Drive Campaign Implementation: Lead and execution of campaigns across digital platforms in collaboration with website specialists, agency and stakeholders ensuring alignment with objectives and seamless activation
• Enhance Digital Assets: Collaborate with designers, stakeholders, and content teams to deliver engaging digital assets, including banners, website content, and ads
• Optimize Ad Creatives: Lead A/B testing for digital ad creatives, working with internal and external teams to improve engagement and ROI
• Support Go-to-Market Initiatives: Ensure digital assets like the website, banners, and social media are prepared and aligned with campaign timelines for successful launches
• Provide Stakeholder Guidance: Act as a key advisor to marketing teams, steering campaign strategies based on performance data and channel-specific needs
• Strengthen Digital Journeys: Work closely with the Product Owner and UX designer to improve website experiences, user journeys, and campaign flows based on performance insights

Requirements:

• Educational Background: Bachelor's Degree in Digital Marketing, Communications, Business Informatics, or a related field
• Digital Marketing Experience: 2-3 years of experience in digital marketing, focusing on campaign support, creative optimization, and web projects, with a strong understanding of digital media channels (SEA, Paid Social, Display)
• SEO Knowledge: Familiarity with SEO principles and best practices, with experience in optimizing digital campaigns for search visibility
• Creative & Strong Analytical Skills: A creative mindset combined with strong analytical abilities to evaluate digital marketing performance, identify trends, and implement data-driven improvements
• Project Management Skills: Strong project management abilities, including multitasking, prioritizing tasks, and meeting deadlines across multiple digital initiatives
• Tool Proficiency: Experience with tools like Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Bannerflow, or other creative management platforms to optimize campaign performance
• Collaboration & Communication: Excellent team player with strong communication skills, able to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Fluent in English; German is a plus
