• Develop comprehensive marketing strategies and plans that are based on your deep understanding of customer needs, market analysis and data insights, to drive adoption and growth of our service and products.
• Work closely with Product Managers to translate market needs into actionable product requirements, leveraging customer insights and competitive analysis to meet our growth targets.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop messaging and positioning that sets our services and products apart in the market.
• Plan and implement effective go-to-market strategies for feature releases, ensuring seamless communication, adoption, and alignment across all marketing channels.
• Drive the creation of marketing materials and campaigns that effectively communicate service & product value propositions, enhancing customer engagement and driving online sales.

Was Sie mitbringen

• Abgeschlossenes Studium (Uni/ETH, FH, HF) · Business Management, Marketing, or a related field
• 3 years · Marketing, preferably within the e-commerce or digital product space
• Deutsch (fliessend), Englisch (fliessend), Französisch (von Vorteil) · Proficiency in French is a plus
• You feel comfortable in a fast-changing environment
• You bring a high affinity for optimization and technology
• Demonstrated passion for data- and insight-driven marketing
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage campaigns and complex initiatives from concept to execution across all marketing disciplines
• Fluent in German and English; proficiency in French is a plus
