What you move

• As a "Fab Manager, " you plan and coordinate production lots and R&D lots promptly and conflict-free
• You take care of shift planning and the planning and execution of all relevant training
• You lead the shop floor meetings and handle the daily new challenges
• You improve efficiency and further develop production in the cleanroom in all facets

What you bring along

• Technical vocational training in electronics, automation, or mechatronics
• Leadership experience in industrial production, semiconductor, or electronics industry is an advantage
• Team player with high self-motivation, excellent communication, and management skills
• Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken, experience with ERP and MES
