Reporting to the Global Head of Talent Management, the Learning & Development Specialist will play a pivotal role in designing, implementing, and managing learning programs that support our employees' growth and development.
Main activities
- Develop and implement comprehensive learning and development programs aligned with our Talent Management Strategy.
- Manage and optimize our Learning Management System (LMS) to ensure effective delivery of training programs.
- Conduct needs assessments to identify skill gaps and training needs across the organization.
- Design and deliver engaging training sessions, workshops, and e-learning modules.
- Collaborate with HR Business partners and department heads to create tailored development plans for employees.
- Identify and work with external training providers and consultants to deliver specialized training programs.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs, making adjustments as necessary.
- Keep accurate records of all training activities, attendance, and outcomes.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in Learning & Development and digital transformation.
Your profile
- Master's degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Learning & Development.
- Strong technical skills to effectively implement and deliver eLearning courses, including proficiency in multimedia development tools, eLearning authoring tools, Learning Management Systems (LMS), and how SCORM packages work.
- Basic proficiency in graphic design and the ability to leverage visual design, audio recording, and video production tools to create appealing and effective multimedia and interactive elements for the eLearning courses
- Strong writing skills to create concise and clear content / activities.
- Familiarity with learning theory / andragogy principles.
- Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and problems and identify ways to improve the functionality, user experience (UX), and user interface (UI) design of the eLearning course.
- Understanding of Talent Management and digital transformation strategies.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Certification in Learning & Development or related fields is a plus.
- Psychometric assessment accreditations (e.g. Insights discovery) is a plus.
- French mother tongue, fluency in English (C1).
