Aufgaben
- Unterstützung bei der Verwaltung des gesamten Mitarbeiterlebenszyklus.
- Erstellung von Verträgen, Zeugnissen und anderen Dokumenten.
- Bearbeitung von Anfragen und Verwaltung der HR-Mailboxen.
Fähigkeiten
- Mindestens 3 Jahre Erfahrung als HR-Assistent:in in der Schweiz.
- Gute Kenntnisse des Schweizer Sozialversicherungsrechts.
- Vertraulichkeit und Professionalität sind dir wichtig.

To reinforce our team in Lausanne, Switzerland, we are seeking a
People and Culture Assistant (part-time 50%)
The People & Culture (P&C) Department is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented P&C Assistant to join our dynamic team on a temporary basis, covering for a colleague on temporary leave. The initial contract is for 3 months, with the possibility of extension.
The incumbent will assist the team in managing all key administrative responsibilities related to employees' life cycle from hiring to departure such as:
- Drafting contracts, amendments, certificates,letters, declarations, etc.
- Announcing and following-up with social insurance institutions (AHV, pension fund, family allowances, maternity, paternity, etc.) as well as monitoring sickness and accident claims.
- Applying for and following-up on work permits.
- Creating and maintaining personal files.
- Updating personal data of employees in the system.
- Following-up, preparing and drafting documents required for the employee's departure.
- Answering calls and managing HR mail mailboxes.
- Managing the archiving process.
- Acting as a back up for the P&C team.
- HR assistant certificate, "Brevet fédéral" would be an asset.
- Min. 3 years experience in a similar HR Assistant position within a Swiss employer is mandatory.
- Knowledge of a HRIS ("Adequasys" would be an asset).
- Very good knowledge of Swiss social insurances and Swiss labor law is mandatory.
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment.
- Sense of confidentiality.
- Rigorous and professional.
- Languages : Proficient in English (spoken/written), fluent in French (spoken/written), German (spoken/written) would be an asset.
