Our customer is an innovative biopharmaceutical Big Pharma company. For an on site assignment for the brand new commercial manufacturing site we are looking for a Sr. Manager, with a passion for capital project execution in the pharmaceutical or chemical industry? Do you thrive in managing multi-functional teams, ensuring operational excellence, and driving projects from concept to completion?
This position is responsible to manage capital engineering projects with emphasis on Manufacturing Facilities, Utilities, Infrastructures and Laboratories.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead high-impact capital engineering projects, from design to validation & startup.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
- Manage financials, ensuring cost-effective and compliant project outcomes.
- Oversee safety, regulatory, and quality compliance in all aspects.
- Drive innovation and technical excellence within manufacturing facilities.
What You Bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Chemical or Mechanical preferred).
- 10+ years of project experience in pharma or chemical industries.
- Strong expertise in Process Safety Management (PSM) & Process Hazard Analysis (PHA).
- Hands-on experience in contract negotiation & engineering contractor management.
- A proven track record of leading multi-disciplinary teams to success.
- Fluent in English and French as position will involve interacting with local teams
