Collagen Peptide Sales Manager (100%)
Your main tasks:
- Successfully positioning our high-quality products on the market
- Setting up an international network for the sale of collagen peptides and other ingredients produced in our plant
- Establishing and maintaining lasting relationships with customers, and identifying their needs as well as the requirements of the market
- Presenting products and solutions, conducting negotiations and preparing quotes
- Identifying new opportunities on the market, customer requirements and innovations
- Monitoring price trends, supply chains and changes in regulations
- Attending international ingredient industry trade fairs, exhibitions and seminars
- Understanding of technical and commercial matters
- Several years of professional experience selling food ingredients
- Willingness to travel and must enjoy working with international business partners (80 days out of the year)
- Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills
- Intercultural skills
- Experience of using MS Office applications and information systems (ERP, CRM, etc.)
- Fluent in German and English
