Technical Business Analyst

Our IT Services and Information Security team is seeking a detail-oriented, analytical, and user-focused Business Analyst and BI Dashboard Specialist. This role is pivotal in analyzing business processes, designing and implementing BI dashboards, and ensuring the delivery of valuable insights to our global operations.

The IT Services and Information Security team is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our IT infrastructure, maintaining the security of our systems and data, and supporting the digital needs of our various initiatives and projects.

Responsibilities of the Business Analyst and BI Dashboard Specialist include:

• Business Analysis: Conduct detailed business analysis, outlining problems, opportunities, and solutions for the business. Work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into technical requirements.
• BI Dashboard Design & Implementation: Design, develop, and implement BI dashboards using various BI tools. Ensure the dashboards meet business requirements and provide valuable insights.
• Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyze data, identify trends, and provide reports that help stakeholders make informed decisions. Ensure the accuracy and integrity of data used in reporting and dashboards.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Coordinate with cross-functional teams, ensuring efficient communication between departments such as IT, Business, and Finance.
• Training & Support: Provide training and support to end-users for BI tools and dashboards. Assist in troubleshooting and resolving any issues that arise.

Requirements for this role include:

• A degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in business analysis and BI dashboard design and implementation
• Strong technical acumen with a solid understanding of BI tools, SQL, and data modeling
• Experience with BI tools like Tableau, Power BI, or similar
• Strong python and R skills
• AWS and GCP experience.
• Strong analytical thinker with a passion for data and problem-solving
• Fluency in English, with excellent written, digital and verbal communication skills
