We are looking for a motivated and passionate colleague to join our DKSH Holding team at our headquarter in Zurich Seefeld. In this exciting role you will be responsible for supporting the local teams (Corporate Legal, Finance, Investor & Media Relations/Sustainability, Group Marketing, CEO Secretariat) in different administrative and coordinating tasks.

Job responsibilities:

  • Legal Support: Handle corporate legal documentation, maintain internal databases, and assist with processes involving foreign subsidiaries. Manage internal trademark requests and collaborate with external law firms. Maintain and organize the legal archive.
  • Administrative & Travel Support: Organize travel arrangements for the General Counsel and department heads, handle expense claims, and provide additional support as needed.
  • CEO Secretariat Assistance: Support the CEO’s assistant in her diverse responsibilities, including acting as her full-time vacation replacement.
  • Event Organization: Assist in planning and executing key corporate events, such as the Annual General Meeting and financial result presentations (Full-Year & Half-Year).
  • Team Support: Provide administrative assistance to the Group Marketing and Investor & Media Relations/Sustainability teams.
  • Administrative Services: Process invoices and perform general administrative duties. Provide occasional reception coverage.

Job requirements:

  • Professional qualification as a secretary or administrative assistant
  • Minimum of three years experience in a similar role
  • Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Autonomous, highly service-oriented, resilient, ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks
  • The role requires onsite presence
